Office and Project Assistant (Part Time – 20 hrs / week)

We are looking for a creative, motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team to support the administration needs of the downtown Long Beach office and to support quality assurance on web projects, communicate with vendors, and assist overall operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn design, exposure to marketing trends, demonstrate excellence, grow into other roles, and play a key part in our success!

While this is initially a part time position, there is opportunity to grow into a full time position.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Office Coordinator – 40%

  • Work alongside CEO to organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with various members of the team
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Digital file organization
  • Sending invoices
  • Evaluating and hiring independent contractor resources
  • Conducting research

Project Assistant – 40%

  • Quality Assurance on web projects
  • Image sourcing
  • Light image editing
  • Producing documents
  • Updating project management software
  • Scheduling client meetings
  • Data entry

Social Media – 20%

  • Updating company social media platforms
  • Light content creation
  • Upkeep company social media calendar

A little more about you:

  • Have excellent communication & inter-personal skills
  • Be ambitious, hard-working, and intelligent, with a positive, can do attitude
  • Love jumping in to help out in any scenario where that help is needed
  • Be very well organized and an excellent time manager with ability to balance many different tasks at any one time
  • Be self-sufficient and a self-starter who gets things done
  • Experience using wordpress, photoshop, excel, and word for providing project support a plus
  • Office experience a plus
